Confidential Area Director of Finance – East Orlando, FL

We are conducting a confidential search for an Area Director of Finance to oversee financial operations for three highly successful properties located in East Orlando. The properties generate a combined $37 million in revenue annually. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with direct responsibility for all financial reporting, taxes, income management, payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting operations.

The selected candidate will work on-site, reporting to the General Managers of each property and receiving support from a Regional Controller. This is a team-of-one position, ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a hands-on role without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee all aspects of financial reporting for the properties
• Manage taxes, income generation, payroll, and accounts payable
• Support the General Managers with financial guidance and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the Regional Controller for additional support
• Provide financial forecasting, budget management, and income strategies

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in finance management within the hospitality or real estate sector
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly hands-on capacity
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax regulations
• Proven experience supporting multiple properties or units
• Experience working directly with General Managers and operational leadership

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
