Title: Architecture - Data Architect II
Location: Southwestern U.S. Region
Employment Type: Contract
Description:
• Design and implement business intelligence solutions to enhance understanding of customer behaviors and improve client experiences.
• Partner with engineering teams to create data models and semantic layers for analytics and dashboard development.
• Collaborate with product teams to define business outcomes, architect metrics, and generate actionable insights.
• Develop intuitive dashboards that provide narrative-driven insights for business users.
• Document data models, architectural decisions, and business use cases.
• Identify data patterns, taxonomies, and naming standards, ensuring consistency and governance compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Document data-related architectures, models, and governance standards.
• Develop dashboards that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Support the creation and enforcement of governance policies, business rules, and data definitions.
• Conduct data profiling to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least four years in data architecture.
• Strong expertise in relational database design and logical architecture.
• Over two years of experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or similar technologies.
• Proficient in identifying data solutions, taxonomies, and patterns.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with financial services industry standards and best practices.
• Strong documentation and governance capabilities.
