Architectural Signage Production Manager
As one of the largest sign companies in the Great Lakes Region we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the sign production and installation processes, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch products.
Architectural Signage Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production department and staff, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless workflow and clear communication.
- Develop and implement production schedules, prioritizing projects based on deadlines and resource availability.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed, optimizing cost and minimizing waste.
Architectural Signage Production Manager Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of Custom Architectural Sign Industry experience
- At least 3+ years of Production Management experience
- Highly experienced/knowledgeable in custom sign fabrication such as channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, cabinet signs, and more.
- Experience managing workflow and employees in manufacturing environment
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Computer proficiency is a must, specifically in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programs).
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
