Are you passionate about creating innovative architectural designs and managing projects from conception to completion? We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously. You will be part of a team that designs and delivers high-quality architectural solutions for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities
As an Architectural Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing all phases of architectural projects from conception to construction administration.
2. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Creating detailed project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation.
4. Developing and maintaining construction documents using Revit and other design software.
5. Ensuring that all building architecture meets local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Reviewing and approving architectural designs and plans.
7. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
8. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Conducting post-project evaluations to determine areas for future improvement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Architectural Project Manager position should have the following qualifications:
1. A Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project management.
3. Proficiency in Revit and experience in creating construction documents is required.
4. Strong knowledge of building architecture and understanding of local, state, and federal building regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
7. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and delays that may arise during the construction process.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
9. A professional license in architecture is a plus.
