Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
15-25 years of professional experience in architecture, focusing on commercial projects
Strong background in managing public sector projects, including K-12, higher education, and faith-based buildings
Proficiency in Bluebeam and Revit; capable of producing high-quality design work
Licensed architect preferred but not mandatory
Expertise in project management, from design collaboration to client and consultant coordination
Ability to handle project schedules, team management, and quality control
Local travel required, with access to company vehicles for site visits

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
