We are looking for a full-time Project Manager / Architect to join our design team. Someone with a degree in Architecture, (5) years of experience with Architecture and Revit is required.
General:
As we continue to grow, an essential objective is to maintain and enhance the high level of professional service for which the firm has gained distinction. The firm strives to produce on time, high quality work. You will be working within a small team of design professionals at our modern office in Central Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
The general expectation is to reproduce and improve on the successful model for client services and relationships that we have developed over the last 50 years. This will involve the following duties:
- Client interface through all phases of a project, on multiple projects
- Devise design solutions in collaboration with firm Principal (the level of collaboration will be, in large part, dependent upon the magnitude of the commission)
- Project Management to ensure deadlines are met, and quality is maintained, using Revit 3-D modeling.
- Employee selection, management, and development to ensure appropriate manpower and skills set are available for the services that the firm provided its clients
- Employee mentoring
- Consultant selection, coordination, and management
- Collaborate closely with firm Principal to develop office design and management strategies to facilitate successful growth and career satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Full time employment with architecture license and (5-8) years experience base salary of $90,000 – $106,000 per year salary range
- Bonus Opportunities: up to 20% of salary on an annual basis, bonuses will be issued quarterly, with bonus eligibility to begin after the second quarter post licensing and certification being acquired.
