Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate have a background in hospitality projects and will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development from design to construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and construction process for a variety of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other related facilities.
- Review construction documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept and design development through construction administration and project closeout.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with recent experience as an Architectural Project Manager .
- Experience with hospitality projects is required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project risks and issues.
- Professional registration as an Architect or Engineer is preferred.
- LEED Accreditation or a commitment to sustainable design is a plus.
