Join us. **Job Description** AECOM/Tishman is seeking an experienced Architectural Construction Project Manager with experience in healthcare/life science for our ongoing construction project in Manhattan. + Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. + Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. + Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project. **About Construction Management - AECOM Tishman** Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed some of the largest and most complex mixed-use and mega development projects in the U.S., in total building more than 600 million square feet. From luxury residential buildings to complex mixed-use mega-developments, historic renovations, top-rated hospitals, and the world’s most revered tall buildings – the AECOM Tishman legacy is one that is even stronger today, constructing buildings that define city skylines and local neighborhoods. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirement:** + BA/BS Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering and 4 years of architectural construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Healthcare or Life Sciences construction experience. **Preferred Requirements:** + 4-6 years of experience in Architectural construction in a life sciences or healthcare environment. + BS degree in Architecture. + Prior experience as a Project Manager from a larger GC. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future. + Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. + This position is not hybrid nor remote. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
