Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project efforts—contractual, administrative, and technical—to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution that aligns with project goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage contractual responsibilities, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
- Proactively oversee client budgets, schedules, and programs; manage project communications and documentation; handle office administrative tasks; and coordinate internal and external (e.g., consultants) project team assignments.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing the firm by contributing to responses to RFQs and RFPs, and participating in interviews.
Skills and Credentials:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Experience working within the Federal Market, including managing projects for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, and various government agencies.
- Familiarity with evaluating Government/Federal Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Knowledge of USACE, NAVFAC, and other government agencies’ project standards.
- Client-focused, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- LEED accreditation is preferred.
- Architectural licensure is required.
