We're seeking a dynamic Architectural Project Manager to join our innovative architectural team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to and oversee a wide range of commercial architectural projects, from design to completion. You will be responsible for managing the development of a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, quality control, construction management, and construction documentation.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, from design to completion, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
3. Coordinate with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are aligned and progressing as planned.
4. Review and approve architectural designs and construction plans, ensuring they are accurate, feasible, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues or delays.
6. Prepare and maintain all necessary construction documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
7. Manage risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.
8. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors, to ensure all parties are updated on project status and any changes or issues.
What You Need To Apply:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from design to completion.
3. Proficient in project management software, as well as design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, construction documentation, and quality control procedures.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
10. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential.
