What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for leading teams in all aspects of our professional services while maintaining liaison between the project team, client, consultants, contractors and jurisdictions over the project
• Collaborate with the Principal-In-Charge and Project Architects/Engineers to create and deliver positive impact for our clients and community
• Achieve Design Excellence through establishing projects goals, and executing strategies
• Manage day-to-day client relations and project activities on multiple projects
• Responsibilities: Fee and contract negotiations, schedule, project scope, budget and facilitations
  
  

What You Need

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Experience with Commercial Interior projects in California
• Experience with financial progress and risk management
• Strong leadership and team skills
