Architectural Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek has a contract-to-hire opportunity for a talented and motivated Architect to join their growing team! This unique opportunity allows you to contribute your architectural expertise while developing project management skills. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality construction documents for various commercial projects, including retail stores, restaurants, and offices.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in creating construction documents using Revit software.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee project kick-off meetings and coordinate with consultants.
• Review and approve shop drawings and address field inquiries.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and explore future project opportunities.

We're looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor of Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience creating construction documents (commercial/retail preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit software.
• A strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A plus if you have:

• Project Architect or Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional licensure.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $31.00 - $50.00 per hour (DOE).
• Potential transition to a direct salaried position.
• Flexible work schedule (M-F, 8-5).
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Business casual work environment.
