Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Coordinator opportunity include:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator; experience with design-build preferred
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (preferred)
• Experience with consultant and design team coordination
• Proficient with BIM (Revit), Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling & rendering
• Good understanding of LEED/ sustainable design
• Ability to coordinate construction documents and multitask in multiple projects
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the in-house project team and consultants
• Projects include corporate/commercial, military and higher education

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
