Title: Architectural Project Coordinator
Location: Lisle, IL
Duration: Contract to Direct

Our client, a leader in Laboratory Furniture, is looking to hire a contract-to-hire Project Coordinator to join its growing team in Lisle, IL. 

The Project Coordinator will work with clients and the manufacturing group to procure the exact materials needed for various projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion.
• Interpret customer drawings for processing into the manufacturer's custom software.
• Scheduling and processing of customers' orders.
• Communicate material constraints with customers.

Qualifications are:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to estimate bill of materials from architectural and shop drawings.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• AutoCAD skills preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• On-the-job training will be provided and is necessary for this position.
