Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the architectural or engineering industry.
3. Proven experience in copywriting, brand strategy, paid media, Google Ads, graphic design, lead generation, and campaigns.
4. Strong knowledge of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
5. Proficiency in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
