The pay for this technical drafting position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000/year, commensurate with experience and expertise.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON

Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with after hours and weekends as needed. This is an in-office position with the possibility of working from home on certain days of the week.

As a Architectural Draftsperson, you will collaborate closely with systems designers to ensure that all technical documentation meets project requirements. Your role will involve creating precise architectural drawings based on field measurements, including essential drawings such as floor plans, RCPs, and sections. Additionally, you will play a vital role in identifying system inconsistencies and effectively communicating them back to the design team. Gathering accurate field measurements will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all drawings and designs are executed with utmost precision.

REQUIREMENTS

• Vectorworks and/or Revit or CAD skills
• Positive attitude and the ability to work productively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a 3D drafting environment

Five or more years of Vectorworks or similar experience is preferred but not required.
