Architectural Drafter - Selectek, Inc.

An Architectural Drafter to assist the Project Manager in producing quality construction documents in an efficient and profitable manner. Taking schematic design and inputting it into AutoCAD.
Required:

• Associates degree in Drafting/Design.
• 1-5 years’ experience in single family residential architectural design.
• Proficiency using AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Uses AutoCAD to produce construction documents using designs of others.
• Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.
• Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document.
• Proofreads own work and may proofread work of others.
• Generates architectural plans and artwork.
• Communicates with builder regarding construction questions

This is a direct hire position w/ a hybrid work schedule
Pay Range-$20/hr-$30/hr
