Architectural Designer - Jackson Dawson

Cityscape Architects, a commercial architecture firm under Domain by Jackson Dawson, is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in producing design development and construction drawings for our diverse portfolio of commercial projects across the United States.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: W2 Project Based
• Duration: 6 - 8 months
• Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $40.00
• Hybrid (In-Office 3 Days Per Week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Adapt standard details and prototype criteria to meet project-specific requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Execute tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial and retail design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
