Architectural Designer - Planning Recruitment Limited

Our client based in Manhattan has a growing healthcare studio and is seeking to add both a Senior and an Intermediate Architectural Designer/Job Captain to its team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who can conduct surveys of existing healthcare environments and assist with code research, specifically for NYS building codes and FGI Guidelines related to hospital and outpatient facility requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer-assisted design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
• Experience managing the production of architectural drawings, from schematic design through construction documents
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the professional team and clients to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and well-coordinated set of working drawings that meet client requirements
• Experience coordinating architectural drawings with other consultants on the project
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages, meeting deadlines

Salary Range: $80K - $110K per year | Full-Time Position
