Join their dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking commercial and retail architecture. Responsibilities of the Project Architect will include:*Site master planning, building space planning, and interior design
*Exterior building design and construction documents
*Manage and prepare project schedules
*Coordinate with consultant teams and assign project tasks
*Interface with clients and provide clear communication throughout project phases
*Prepare sketches, mark up plans, and review/redline construction documents
*Conduct and attend client presentations
*Lead other project-related tasks to ensure success

Qualifications of the Project Architect:*Architecture degree
*1-10+ years of relevant professional experience
*Knowledge of NY Building Codes and ADA regulations
*Strong organizational, leadership, and design skills
*Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
*Ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks
