Architectural Designer/Drafter - Gpac

They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects

 Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Degree in Architecture preferred
• Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats

   

  Compensation/Benefits:

• $55,000 to $75,000 base compensation
• 3 weeks’ vacation
• 401k retirement plan with employer match
• Hybrid work schedule
