Responsibilities:
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment.
• This role is pivotal for driving the strategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will possess established client relationships and a track record of cultivating new connections at local and regional levels.
• Possess strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. An experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
• Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large architectural led design assignments with responsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specific projects.
• Leading client meetings, facilitating decisions to resolve important questions, and planning/coordination of overall programs and specific projects.
• Travel required.
Qualifications:
What You Will Bring:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture and registration as a Licensed Architect required.
• Twelve (12) or more years of related practical experience required.
• Strong background in the design and development of government facilities (i.e., judicial/courthouse structures).
• Flexibility to work with a variety of project types on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
• Basic familiarity with Revit and CADD design software.
