We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Nashville to oversee state-of-the-art hospital and clinical lab developments. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 5-8 years of healthcare architecture experience (hospital or acute care settings).
• Experience managing design, construction, and client interactions in healthcare projects.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Familiarity with CAD files and 3D models from consultants.
• Lead project teams and act as a liaison for clients, including scientists and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee design, planning, and construction for a six-hospital system, including behavioral and children's hospitals.
• Manage program changes, budgets, schedules, and state health inspections.
• Review architectural drawings and provide guidance throughout the construction process.

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
