Job Title: Project Architect
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of high-end projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Revit and a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in design. License is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design.
- Develop concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed construction documents using Revit.
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Review and approve material selections, finishes, and architectural elements for projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in design and integrate them into project concepts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect, with a focus on design.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential MIN of 5 years; strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects, preferably with high-profile clients.
- Excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, project teams, and consultants.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred but not needed.
