We're hiring an Architect who will play a pivotal role in all facets of design and project management. In this dual-function role, you'll have the chance to shape designs, coordinate team efforts, and provide project leadership.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Architect / Project Manager, you will collaborate within a cohesive team, contributing to projects throughout their entire life cycle. You'll work side by side with experienced Senior Architects and Project Managers, gaining valuable knowledge and skills. You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, balancing creative vision with the operational oversight needed to ensure success. This is a direct-hire, full-time role with a strong salary, full benefits, and long-term job security.
- Develop and refine design concepts, ensuring creative alignment with client goals and project requirements.
- Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong relationships.
- Lead coordination meetings and oversee the integration of interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to maintain alignment with objectives.

About You:
- Accredited degree in Architecture. Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in architecture, including design and project management roles.
- Proficiency in Revit software is essential, while familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus.
- Licensure is preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
- Communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
