Our dynamic and innovative firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and executing outstanding design projects. With a strong focus on sustainable and industrial design, this role requires a versatile architect who has a deep understanding of the nuances of commercial and industrial architecture. The candidate will be expected to utilize their design skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, site planning, and space planning to deliver top-tier architectural solutions. This role also requires excellent project management skills to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design architectural plans for commercial and industrial projects, using innovative and sustainable design principles.
2. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling software to create detailed architectural designs.
3. Manage and coordinate with project teams throughout the design and implementation process.
4. Conduct site and space planning to ensure optimal use of space and alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
6. Present design proposals and detailed plans to clients and stakeholders.
7. Ensure all architectural designs are in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
8. Continually research and implement new design techniques, technologies and materials to enhance project outcomes.
9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
4. Demonstrated experience in project management, site planning, and space planning.
5. A solid understanding and application of sustainable design principles.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A portfolio showcasing completed architectural designs.
10. Professional registration as an Architect will be considered a plus.
