Architect or Architectural Drafter - Davron LLC

PLEASE NOTE: This position is based in Abilene, TX, and candidates MUST relocate for this fully in-office role. Relocation assistance is provided to support your transition.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect or Architectural Drafter position include:

• Open to Architectural Drafters, Architectural Designers, and Registered Architects—all experience levels encouraged to apply!
• Experience with residential new construction and semi-custom homes is required; experience with commercial projects is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; SketchUp is commonly used, and AutoCAD experience is a plus, especially for those interested in expanding into commercial projects.
• Responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and city officials to refine designs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including client meetings, revisions, and site visits.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and construction methods.
• Work in a fully in-office environment (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience (up to $150,000 for highly qualified candidates).
