Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented Permanent Architect to join our dynamic Construction team. You will play a critical role in the design and development of our construction projects, focusing on creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, a creative mind, and a solid background in project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Architectural Design, AutoCAD, and Revit, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop architectural blueprints, ensuring all plans are in line with project goals, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project requirements and constraints.
3. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to create detailed 2D and 3D designs.
4. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects, ensuring designs are being followed accurately and quality standards are being maintained.
5. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including detailed reports and specifications.
6. Solve any issues that might occur during construction, providing effective and efficient architectural solutions.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest architectural trends and advancements, incorporating new ideas into designs where appropriate.
8. Ensure all work is carried out within project timelines and budgets.
