Qualifications

• AIA from an accredited Architecture program
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Currently licensed or seeking licensure preferred
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Technically competent
• Self-motivated
• Revit required

Responsibilities

• Design for government buildings - transit centers, schools, fire stations, post offices, etc.
• Establish and manage overall project schedule and budget
• Conduct programming and planning studies
• Coordinate client contact and maintain working relationships
• Assist in business development
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence and project documentation
