Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect/Design Project Manager opportunity include:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Registered Architect in TX, or ability to obtain within 6 months
5+ of commercial project experience, modular is a plus
Must have a strong leadership and management background
Strong understanding of IBC and other building codes
Understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit
Oversee design department operations, lead the drafting team, and serve as the architect of record for all design elements, including code reviews and design approvals
Interact with customers during sales and development, aid in new building designs for market growth, and support sales and estimating through design input

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
