About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable solutions encompassing Product Setup, Pricing Management, Loyalty Programs, Asset Management, Post-Sales Processes, and Payment Systems. Your expertise will ensure that our platform integrates seamlessly with customer-facing applications, driving growth and enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Business to align technical execution with the company's strategic objectives.

responsibilities:
- Architect and develop a robust Monetization Platform that includes product setup, pricing, loyalty programs, subscription management, asset management, and payment systems.
- Lead the integration of monetization features like subscription management, dynamic pricing, tiered pricing models, and discount strategies across both front-end and back-end applications.
- Design scalable loyalty programs that support business goals, driving customer engagement and long-term retention.
- Implement effective CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems to support accurate invoicing, payments, subscription management, and financial reporting.
- Develop seamless post-sales processes, including renewals, upgrades, customer support, and engagement strategies.
- Build and manage asset management solutions for tracking product usage, lifecycle management, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Pricing Teams, and Engineering to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and strategies.
- Ensure all systems and processes are scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized for growing business demands.
- Stay current with industry innovations and technology trends, evaluating their impact on the organization.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in existing systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
