About the Job
Architect (Bala Cynwyd, PA): Review business requirement documentation in order to provide technical analysis and estimates for technical solutions. Design, configure, and implement Java applications for the insurance domain. Work with business relationship teams to provide estimations and timelines for technical enhancements and new projects to meet business requirements. Work with enterprise application development using Java/J2EE technologies; web application development using Java, AJAX, CSS, and JavaScript; developing web services using SOAP/REST and Azure infrastructure; Agile methodologies, including SCRUM; SQL, including SQL Server; configuring and developing on JBoss and Springboot; source code repositories; planning branching strategies; code analysis, unit testing, and CI/CD automated build pipelines; portal design concepts, including integration, security, collaboration, and SSO; Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles; Eclipse tools; and SonarQube.
