AR Specialist - Career Movement

Job Description:
They're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. As an AR Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, customer account management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
• Research and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Monitor customer account balances and identify outstanding debts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in an e-commerce setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation: $22-$25 an hour + discretionary bonus
