AR Specialist at KBW Financial

KBW has partnered with a rapidly growing client near Portland, Maine in their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate with prior accounting internships or experience or an accounting candidate with 1+ years of AR experience,  looking to join a well-renowned employer in the greater Portland area.

The responsibilities for the AR Specialist will include:

• Creating and sending invoices to clients
• Applying payments
• Processing credit card transactions
• Email follow-up 

The ideal candidate for the AR Specialist should have the following experience:

• Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Experience using larger ERP systems (Great Plains, Netsuite, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate Excel skills required

Compensation: $23-26/hr DOE
