Accounts Receivable Specialist (Onsite - Direct Hire)

Vaco is seeking Accounts Receivable Specialists to join a growing healthcare organization in Delray Beach, FL. This onsite direct hire opportunity allows you to play a key role in resolving accounts receivable issues and ensuring smooth cash flow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with private payors or long-term care insurance to resolve billing issues and improve patient/member satisfaction.
- Process private pay charges and post payments to accounts.
- Process and send invoices via portals, mail, or email to clients.
- Manage 90 or fewer collections per day.
- Handle various administrative tasks like updating patient addresses and information.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as cash collections, days outstanding, unbilled claims, denials, and daily census.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure all third-party guidelines are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical accounts receivables.
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to billing procedures and input data accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply written guidelines and work practices.
- Proficient in handling high volumes of accounts and managing work efficiently.
