Responsibilities
- Send out invoices and collect payments from customers with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle AIA billing (preferred) for construction projects, ensuring compliance with all industry standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate job-specific submittals and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain and update AR records using accounting software (ComputerEase preferred).
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to address payment issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members in Cincinnati, Kentucky, and West Virginia, while supporting seasonal billing demands.
- Manage high-volume invoicing during peak seasons (50+ invoices per week in summer) and focus on special projects during slower periods.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of AR experience with a stable job history.
- Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running after training.
- Construction industry experience (required).
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, team-oriented personality to fit with the close-knit company culture.
- Experience with AIA billing and ComputerEase software (preferred but not required).
