KBW Financial has formed a strategic partnership with a reputable organization based out of the Metro West area that Is actively looking to add an AR Specialist to their growing team! The AR Specialist will collaborate with the Finance Manager, and assist with oversee the day to day accounts receivable functions. The AR Specialist will perform the following:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, track, and verify payment transactions
• Guaranteeing precise data input and prompt processing of payments
• Support the preparation of financial reports and the reconciliation of payment information
• Ensure data accuracy, oversee contact details, and produce reports
• Address questions and concerns through phone calls, emails, and through online portal
• Collaborate with cross functional departments
