AR/PR Billing Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Stable construction service and installation company hiring a Billing and Accounts Payable Specialist. Candidates will excel in a FAST PACED environment!

Duties:

• Review timecards and analyze for proper billing
• Bill clients for work performed by service technitions
• Audit, review and enter proper coding from installed parts
• Heavy data entry of invoices with proper coding into system
• Process invoices for payment from service technition installations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1 or more years of experience as described in duties
• Excels in a fast paced environment
• Great attention to detail
• Accurate data entry posting
