Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Norristown, PA
Pay Rate: $23 - $24 per hour
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established and growing company, seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent potential for growth and long-term career development.
Position Details
- Work Environment: Professional office setting with on-site parking available.
- Software Used: HighRadius, Excel
Responsibilities
- Perform collection calls to ensure timely payments.
- Send monthly statements to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and the billing team.
- Scan and file documents as needed.
- Process and review credit applications.
- Serve as a backup for posting cash when necessary.
- Send invoice copies to customers upon request.
- Update and maintain credit limits and application reports.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Strong technical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- High level of dependability and the desire to grow within a team.
