We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years’ experience with billing and excellent customer service / communication skills along with some education – preferably AA degree.
We are looking for individuals who can efficiently handle customer orders and demonstrate proficiency in basic mathematical operations. For example, the ideal candidate should be able to take quantities like 800 units and divide them into 7-packs, 12-packs, or 3-packs, while accurately calculating the total. This involves skills in division, multiplication, addition, and subtraction.
Notes:
- Onsite everyday during 90 day probationary period then at managers discretion if they have learned everything it will go to hybrid. 3 days in office.
- AA degree is a plus
- MUST have good math skills
- EDI is a HUGE plus (software); will use both EDI and Sage- accounting software.
- Having worked with in mass market or retail is desired.
- Interview process= teams interview and then hire
- Beyond this job person will assist with small accounts, collections, aging, and e-commerce.
• Exports daily incoming electronic purchase orders into Sage accounting system
• Answers phone calls and helps customers place orders via website or over the phone
• Processes BSP, DIS, FBA, and Ecommerce orders
• Creates invoices for all validated shipments
• Inspects all the invoices, cross references with customer POs and price listing, to identify any errors before invoice delivery
• Applies customer payments
• Resolves any payment discrepancies.
• Conducts account analysis to ensure customer account accuracy
• Sends out monthly statements to customers
• Processes credit memos, RA’s, issues charge backs and disputes deductions to customers when necessary
• Prepares needed reports such as open orders, orders on hold, aging, etc.
• Initiates collection calls and via mail and/or email to customers with outstanding balances
• Communicates with customers and outside sales reps as needed
