AR/AP Specialist - CoralTree Hospitality

Are you an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? CoralTree Hospitality is seeking an AR/AP Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll handle diverse responsibilities, including creating and managing invoices for properties, clients, and owners, processing payments, and overseeing collections of past-due accounts. You'll also manage accounts payable tasks such as invoice coding, data entry, check processing, and expense report approvals across multiple entities.

• Create invoices with supporting documentation, prepare and send statements, collection calls and e-mails.
• Provide support including but not limited to answering phone calls, researching and answering AP/AR related questions.
• Receipt and apply all payments and research any discrepancies.
• Receive invoices via multiple sites, coding, data entry, printing checks, and reconciling statements.
• Special projects including but not limited to pre-opening and transition invoice processing, billing, and balance sheet reconciliation.

• High School graduate or equivalent experience.
• Accounting/Finance experience, specifically with AP and AR processing.
• Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently.
• General Ledger experience.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk.

Hourly wage range: $28 - $30/hr.

This position will be open through February 14, 2025 or until the role is filled.
