Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality of care to patients and their families with a compassionate approach.
- Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
- Assist patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Educate patients on the proper use of therapy techniques and safety measures.
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the physical therapy team and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment during therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in aquatic therapy is preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to learn.
