- Strategically set and close appointments to meet and exceed targets.
- Build rapport with clients and provide personalized communication to enhance satisfaction.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Exceed office expectations through effective task prioritization and forward-thinking strategies.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments to ensure client needs are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to go door-to-door for direct outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust and credibility.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve individual and team goals.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Must have reliable transportation for a territory within 15–30 miles.
Compensation & Rewards:
- Unlimited commission and performance incentives. Starting potential: $70,000/year. Top performers earn up to $160,000/year.
