DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time administrative position with our office has a choice between two schedules:
Schedule 1:
- Monday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Thursday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Friday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 12 PM - 7 PM
- Sunday: Off
Schedule 2:
- Monday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Tuesday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Friday: 9 AM - 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Sunday: Off
As an Appointment Setter - Service Cashier, you help schedule appointments for our customers both in person and over the phone. You cash customers out once their service is complete, ensuring all totals and payments are accurate. In the event of customers expressing any concerns, you make your best effort to provide assistance or guide them to the appropriate team member who can provide better assistance.
At the conclusion of every shift, you ensure that your closed tickets are balanced and that the cashier area is clean and well-organized. You're always willing to cross-train in other areas of the dealership where your administrative and customer service skills may be needed. You assist with rentals and guide customers to the relevant service area as required. Using your office expertise to help others brings you great satisfaction. You thrive in this scheduling position!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Excellent customer service skills
