Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Applications/Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical support.
• Create detailed design specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed solutions.
• Test and validate designs to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing products and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into designs.
• Participate in project planning and management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in design engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with simulation and modeling software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
