Job Details
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for providing both pre- and post-sales technical support in the development and implementation of products. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge and technical expertise to assist sales teams, customers, and end users. Key responsibilities include design, project management, technical troubleshooting, and customer service.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in modeling (e.g., Inventor), AutoCAD, and MS Office
Strong design, analysis, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
A BS in Engineering from an accredited institution (preferred GPA > 3.5)
Responsibilities:
Review specifications, procure quotes, and provide design support for accessories and supplementary equipment
Assist with order processing, warranty evaluations, and failure analyses
Offer technical support to internal teams and improve internal processes
Contribute to product development and internal projects as assigned
Limited travel required for customer support and process improvement projects
