What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
• Lead process definition and requirements facilitation.
• Organize daily team meetings with I.T., analysis team members and business.
• Deliver construction and transition artifacts using SmartBPM, and Agile methodologies.
• Provide user story analysis, and estimation for projects using Agile/Scrum methodology
• As part of development team, help elaborate and review detail requirements, then provide solutions.
• Develop critical path features using Pega PRPC and manage scope through change control.
• Design and configure rules and flows. Perform UI and flow development.
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders delivering solutions to requirements and presenting user interface designs.
• Support testing by reviewing issues and fixing defects with changes and enhancements.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
Technical Skills:
• JVM, Session Management, Ajax in PRPC, Tracer, DB trace, Oracle
• PRPC Rule Resolution / Inheritance / Circumstancing, Persistence, Agents, Services, JMS/JNDI Connectors, PRPC Multi-node architecture and caching
• WebSphere server deployment, configuring & troubleshooting.
• SOAP / XML / WS-Security
What skills/attributes are a must have?
• Certified Pega Solution Architect (CSA with development focus), Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) a plus
• 6+ years of experience performing design and development with Pega PRPC.
• Clear and concise communication skills
• U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain favorable submission of Department of Defense form SF86 NAC form for clearance after hiring.
• Experience with Pega Health Care frameworks and reference architectures a plus
• Change management or process improvement experience a plus
• Military and Veteran background a plus
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
• Security experience
• U.S. Citizen and Security Clearance required.
