Principal Duties

·Grand Central fundamental experience requirements

oADT and Registration workflows/Navigators

oAuthorization and Referral workflows/Navigators

oConfirmation Warnings and Errors

oItem Profiles and Item Defaults

oPatient and Referral Work queue knowledge

oReporting Workbench and SlicerDicer knowledge

·Act as part of a team of software application and workflow experts to provide design & build expertise to analyze organization's current business practices and translate them into configurations and workflows, for successful product implementation

·Ability to help guide decisions using application knowledge and analysis in a timely fashion

·Participates in peer review for quality assurance of team member build, and assists with onboarding & mentoring of new team members

·Works closely with end users to document business requirements, and translates those requirements into functional specifications and/or system build/configuration for the software application

·Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks

·Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as needed for timely resolution including occasional nights and weekends

·Provides high quality, customer-focused services

·Runs reports, updates tables and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment

·Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates

·Acts as team delegate/representative at department, project or other meetings, as assigned

·Participates as needed with review of the training curriculum and end user documentation for the applications user community

Qualifications

·Certification in Epic Grand Central, Prelude or Cadence or Must obtain Certification as outlined by program requirements

·Bachelor’s Degree required

·5+ years of healthcare information technology experience

·A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements

Skills And Abilities

·Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications in a healthcare setting

·Excellent oral and written communication skills

·Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff

·Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills

·Ability to learn quickly

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions

Working Conditions

• Full Time M-F Eastern Business hours with on call off hours required on rotation
• 24/7 shop and overnight on call rotation is required. Rotation is every 14 weeks, through team, 5p-8am and Friday 5pm to Monday 8am, with stipend.
• Assembly Row onsite days are planned monthly
