Applications Administrative Assistant, Billing Applications - LogixHealth

Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA

This Role:

As an Applications Administrative Assistant in Billing Applications at LogixHealth, you will work independently to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the flow of work for business operations. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to gather data and produce reports for the Operations and RCM divisions. 

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter client fees and update user access and permissions on Allscripts
• Setup demographic & HL7 interfaces
• Analyze Client Fees based on Medicare fee schedule 
• Maintain user permissions, access, File Cabinets, and monitor OCR Queues on TouchChart
• MEA Fast Attach – submissions, user access, and working with vendors to add additional providers
• Compile and format reports as needed

Required:

• Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Adaptable to learn new software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• One to two years related experience
• Experience using a 10-key entry pad
• Prior knowledge of Allscripts
