Application Support Technician - Financial Additions

Financial Additions is assisting an Investment Firm in Fort Worth searching for an Applications Support Technician to join the IT team. This is a support role assisting the application development team. It is a hybrid role after training.

What you will do

• Work close with end-users to support the internal applications
• Maintain and assist with upgrading applications for trade processes and other departments
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide technical support
• Contribute to the codebase improvements
• Support the complete software development process from start to finish.
• Maintain scheduled jobs and projects

What qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelors Degree Required in Computer Science or STEM field0
• Experience with server-side languages including C#, C+.Net, NodeJS, etc
• Experience with MS Powershell
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Scrum Master preferred
• Experience with trading software such as Enfusion preferred
